The rooms were clean and came with shampoo and shower gel, so you don’t need to bring your own toiletries. When we arrived, a friendly guy stored our luggage in the Tropical room for us reliably. The location is superb for all the sights you want to see.
We booked the bathtub suite for three days and it was perfect after walking more than 20,000 steps each day. The owners were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is excellent, with cafés, restaurants, metro, tram and bus stops all nearby, and some of our best restaurant experiences in Rome were actually close to the suite. The area has a lovely local atmosphere and feels much less touristy than the city centre. The only downside was the fridge, which did not work at all; the description mentions a fridge, so this was a little disappointing and is the main reason I would rate the stay 9/10 rather than 10/10.

The room was finished to a high standard, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Its location was extremely convenient for sightseeing. Nothing was lacking—I loved everything.

Breakfast isn’t included in the price; it was good, but there’s also a wonderful café below the hotel. The price listed breakfast as included, but I only found out after booking that there was an extra fee.
