A localização é excelente! O rooftop do hotel vale a pena, principalmente no fim de tarde, para ver o por do sol! A atenção só funcionário Alejandro, que atende no café da manhã, muito prestativo!. Nos colocaram em um quarto em frente a área do café, que é um pouco barulhenta! Sendo que a pousada é bem grande e poderiam ter evitado isto. E a porta de acesso ao quarto tem vitrais de vidro transparente, o que possibilita a quem passa em frente ver dentro do quarto, tirando a privacidade, pois a cortina que deveria impedir isto não fechada totalmente Tivemos de improvisar, prendendo a cortina com prendedores de cabelo de minha esposa

“Séjour déplorable pour un prétendu 5 étoiles”
The bedding and building were okay, but the stay was awful for a supposed 5‑star: avoid it. We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and service. On arrival we had to replace a stained bedspread. The room was poorly maintained (moldy seams, faulty lighting, noisy ventilation) and the cleaning was sloppy, with hair on the floor. Sound insulation was nonexistent: you could hear every footstep, chair, or suitcase from above, and the corridors echoed like a train station. Service was terrible: we had to ask for missing toilet paper and towels. Breakfast was mediocre and dry, even the sliced bread. The worst part: on the morning of our departure, before our noon check‑out, the room had already been cleaned and set up for the next guests while we were out shopping. This unacceptable treatment does not deserve its stars.

The location, comfort and service were solid, but the cleaning chemicals were too strong and caused allergies and irritation, the heating was turned off at night and sometimes never turned back on, so it was freezing.
