The staff here were super friendly and the location was great, but unfortunately, the hotel's design left a lot to be desired. The stairs were a major issue - they were steep and narrow, and I'm not sure how they managed to get away with it. Despite the problems, the staff made a real effort to make up for it, but the stairs were a major turn-off.

This place was a complete disaster from start to finish. I booked for two days but my room wasn't ready when I arrived on the 3rd of December, and things only got worse from there. The aircon didn't work, the bedding was dirty and not even folded, the TV was broken, and the security was laughable. To top it all off, the water took ages to heat up and I had to buy my own soap because they didn't provide any.
