The staff were very attentive, the location was good, the breakfast was tasty, and the beds were clean. The toilet was dirty and the bathroom trash can was full of garbage, plus there is no elevator.

The staff were very kind, which I think is essential for a good stay. The street noise was noticeable because I was right on a corner, but the direct sunlight I received more than compensated for that.

The location was great, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were super friendly. It was very noisy.

The front desk staff were very attentive, and I liked that they kept a hot water kettle at reception. The towels were great and hot water was ready right away. The hotel is close to Plaza de Armas and also near Mercado Central. The room light was very weak, so I asked for an extra lamp because I really struggled without it. If you’re working remotely, the lighting might not help and the internet cut out sometimes. I stayed on the third floor and there was no elevator; I’m not sure if that’s the case in all rooms, but that’s what I experienced.
