“It was a great time. The outside patio was a nice spot to just chill and watch the sun go down.”
The vibe was great, and the view of the trains was really nice. Breakfast could have been a touch better, but I get why they offered those options—they were catering to a basketball team needing healthier pre‑game meals.
“Not a good value or pleasant experience we don’t travel often I’m glad we only had to stay one night”
The room was clean and close to our next destination, but the afternoon desk staff were unfriendly, as was the elderly lady at the bistro. We didn’t like the extra parking fee or the walk to retrieve our car; we’re older, my husband is ill, and it was a lot. Food options were very limited, and we hadn’t realized it was a half‑service hotel with poor customer service. The morning front‑desk ladies were nice, but a $15 sandwich with burnt bacon was gross and inedible, and the bistro lady didn’t even make eye contact when we ordered. The ice machine was out of service with no warning. Overall, we won’t stay here again; Marriott’s reputation didn’t match our experience.
The facilities were decent, but the bed and pillows felt very uncomfortable for the price.
“Good night sleep for everyone”
The parking garage was secured by security.
The facility was beautiful and very clean, but we were delayed for check‑in by almost an hour, which threw off our plans. A staff member was rude and unhelpful.
