Everything was perfect; the location sits right next to the train station that takes you to Fansipan. I would highly recommend staying here!

The staff were dedicated, the room was spacious, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, there were no hot water.

The reception staff were very friendly, gentle, and helpful. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the action in Sapa. The rooms are very modern with a tiled bathroom. It’s a bit quirky but original and practical that the reception is the supermarket cashier on the first floor, so you’ll never be far from snacks and drinks. The downside is the room is too noisy; you can hear everything happening in the shop and the traffic outside. Unfortunately, I was also woken at 06:00 by the sound of hammering and drilling on the floor above, which continued until about 09:00. I’m also not a fan of the bathtub, where you have to hold the shower head yourself. I would have liked a key card instead of having to hand over and retrieve the key at the cashier/reception every time I left the room. The room lacks a few details, such as power for the refrigerator and a socket for the kettle, and with the space available a chair and a small table would have been handy. Overall, it feels somewhat overpriced and unfinished.

The place is clean, spacious, right in the center, and the owner is very enthusiastic.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The only issue was that hot water lasted only about 10 seconds, the electricity blew three times, and when inserting the key into the slot to restore power it sparked and buzzed, which seemed quite unsafe. Construction ran from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (though this isn’t all year round, it should have been advertised).
