Even though the apartment is quite far from the city center, it sits on a direct metro line, making it fairly convenient. The building is outdated and cleanliness is truly lacking: the shower head was limescale‑covered with erratic flow, hair and dust on the floor, other guests left dirty traces in the bathroom, and the photos were taken after a major refurbishment that no longer reflects reality.

There was no water cup, no hair dryer, and no bottled water.

The price was good, the separate room was available, and parking was free on weekends; however, the shared bathroom was dirty and lacked liquid soap, while the solid soap left a filthy residue.

The spot was great, but the nights were noisy, the room felt hot, and the bathroom was dirty.
