Sugrazino was 20 years ago. The place is a mess, dusty, with workers coming in from 5 am to cook food, and the walls are completely paper‑lined. The bed was only 90 cm long.
The place is exceptionally tidy to stay in. Everything you need is there and more. The mattresses are good, and the room supplies include tea, coffee, a hair dryer, shampoo, soap, etc. The large shared kitchen has all the equipment you could possibly need. It’s a quiet spot with plenty of parking even when the guest house is full. The administrator is communicative, cooperative, and client‑focused. If we’re in Utena again, we’ll stay here again, no doubt.
The house was wonderful, and I have no complaints.
It was impossible to go onto the terrace; it would have been nice if there were some nets to keep the wind out.
