The room was very clean and comfortable, the place is a little far from the city center but has a very Japanese vibe and the onsen was superb. Because we arrived late, there was no driver waiting for us even though we had arranged for one; it would have been nice if that had always been arranged.

The room was spotless and the breakfast tasted great, but the trash bin in the changing area of the bath was still full from the previous night, overflowing onto the floor, which seemed to be a staffing issue. Also, guests who arrived by car weren’t offered any shuttle to the hot‑spring town, even a one‑way ride would have been appreciated.

The comfort was good, free laundry facilities (except detergent costs 40 yen), and a view of the bay in the distance. The early‑morning noise outside—music and kitchen hood sounds—was annoying.
