The property is pleasant and the location works well for staying in Santa Maria Navarrese, but I’m not happy with the way the front desk handled my ID: they made a photocopy of my identity card at check‑in without asking for my consent first. It’s a practice that’s becoming more common, yet I think it’s better to inform guests and get explicit permission. The air‑conditioner in my room had filters and vents with obvious dust and grime. I reported the issue during my stay via Booking, noting my allergy and respiratory sensitivity, but received no response or action.

“Una coccola”

The resort is excellent, featuring a stunning outdoor pool and a spacious room with a lovely terrace. The location is convenient, and compared to other Sardinian resorts we found all the conditions to feel pampered. We especially liked being able to stay in the pool after check‑out and having a bathroom (identical to the room’s) in the common areas for a shower after returning from the sea on the day of departure. The bathroom was not clean, but we think it was an oversight. Parking is free but external, not secured or reservable.

The place is nice, tidy and quiet, with a beautiful pool and a great spot for reaching various beaches and tourist spots along the east coast.

Overall, the stay didn’t meet our expectations. Breakfast was far worse than anticipated in both quality and overall experience. The breakfast room itself was especially unpleasant, with terrible acoustics that made it extremely noisy and uncomfortable. What made it even more frustrating was that guests weren’t allowed to sit outside for breakfast. Given the setting and the weather, this was incomprehensible and unnecessarily worsened an already disappointing breakfast. Another major issue was that a large part of the hotel was reserved for a wedding on Saturday, causing considerable disruption for other guests and clearly affecting our stay. We understand hotels host weddings and private events, but guests should be informed in advance so they can make an informed choice when booking. We received no prior information about the wedding, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no compensation. That was particularly disappointing. The hotel has qualities, but the way these issues were handled left us with a considerably worse impression than expected.

“Bellissima location e staff attento”

The staff is attentive and meticulous. The property is spotless, the pool is the same. The food is excellent, and the location makes it easy to move around. The rooms are large with ample wardrobes, bright, and clean. The cleaning crew is outstanding. I had a heated argument with a staff member about his rude manner, but the rest of the team was unrelated.
