“Un buen lugar”

I liked the attentive staff, the clean environment, and the lack of noise—perfect for relaxing. The space was large, the shower was big with both hot and cold water, and it was very quiet. The TV was small and functional, but a larger one would be better. I also wanted air conditioning; there was a fan that worked but the room was big enough for more. A mini‑fridge would be useful for guests. The bed could have been larger, but it was comfortable. Ergonomic pillows would have improved rest.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere, but unfortunately, the price change was significantly higher than what we had agreed upon, and even the in-room amenities, such as water, were overpriced.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with the room and amenities matching the pictures perfectly. However, I was disappointed to find that I was overcharged for my stay, and the prices listed on the booking platform did not accurately reflect the final cost. To make matters worse, I was charged in US dollars at an unfavorable exchange rate, resulting in an additional 70 soles being added to my bill. Given the cost, I would have chosen a different hotel.
