Comfortable beds and good treatment from the staff.
The hotel sits in a great spot, super clean and comfy for just getting some sleep, but I ordered a king bed and ended up with a queen instead.
The staff were attentive right from the moment you walk into the hotel.
The breakfast and location were good, but they didn’t offer king‑size or queen‑size beds.
The staff were friendly, yet the TV remote was awful, they wouldn't replace the shampoo, and the hotel was far from the event we were attending; I've stayed at many City Express locations in Mexico, but this one fell short compared to the others.
