How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The spot is good and the bed was comfy. Check‑in and check‑out were contactless. However, a squashed cockroach lay on the bathroom floor and a dead moth was tucked under the plug extension when I arrived. There was very little natural light, and it felt cold.

The location is nice, easy to reach by metro or bus, and a 7‑day‑open supermarket is nearby. During weekdays it was quiet at night. During a heavy thunderstorm, water dripped from the ceiling at two spots, and we found a cockroach in the room. The landlord isn’t on site and can’t be reached via messenger; communication had to be done in person, and he seemed very unmotivated. On weekends it was loud at night. The windows and carpet had stains that don’t meet European standards.

The room was small but had everything needed for our stay. The hotel’s location is great for exploring Sydney, and the friendly host George gave us excellent travel tips. The express check‑in and check‑out were also great, especially since we landed in Sydney very late.

The place is in a great spot, but there were no staff over the weekend and my room wasn’t serviced, which makes the price feel a bit steep. The room itself was okay, though the decor felt a bit dated, especially the bathroom, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. It was clean on the surface.
