The room sat above the bar, so the noise—nothing loud, just irritating—kept me up until 11 am.

The staff were lovely and the food brilliant, and the value for money was great, but the room felt a bit small.

The room was clean, though a little small, and the staff were clueless: I had to wait for the third member of staff to hand us the key because nobody seemed to know what was happening. Breakfast turned into a comic episode when the lady didn’t understand the menu and handed me two breakfasts; my partner, who speaks English, wasn’t happy either, and the bacon was over‑cooked. We won’t return; the hotel is at the end of the world with nothing around it.

Everything remained fabulous. This is my 3rd time of staying, when in the area for work. I travel to the area monthly or so. Staff very professional, know a great deal and quality of service is wonderful. Food is great too. Comfy and very clean bedroom/ en-suite. Nothing
