“They need to update a lot. I will never pay the amount of money to stay in that hotel.”
The other room was filthy, with dirty carpets that smelled awful as soon as you walked in, but the location was nice.

I checked in at 3 pm and received my key card at 6:30.

The place was very clean, but one problem occurred: I asked the front desk for a 5 am wake‑up call and requested that they ring my room immediately after, which she did, yet no call came at 5 am. I didn’t get up until 5:35 and had to rush out. With an 8:15 flight and a car to return, I only made it 15 minutes before takeoff, making it a terrible morning for me.

Everything justified the price for a last‑minute booking, but I was charged an extra $55 for rooms 311 and 225 and was told by the receptionist that it was a holding fee; I never got a refund for one of the rooms. I also asked for extra towels and was told none were available, so I couldn’t shower on the morning of my departure.

The location was great, and the hotel was clean and comfortable, but our suite lacked a TV on the side of the room, so I had to set one up next to the bed and woke my husband. There was also no coffee maker in the room, forcing us to ask the front desk for one. The worst part was the breakfast attendant, who had a terrible attitude and seemed eager to leave; she would slam covers while restocking and made me reluctant to ask her anything because she might explode.
