３種類のお風呂と、広くて快適な客室、ご飯も美味しかったです。スタッフの方の対応もとても親切でした。. 特に無し、強いて言えば、露天風呂が一箇所だけ休止中だったのだけは残念でした。

スタッフの方が大変親切でした。宿泊当日チェックイン1時間前にネットで予約しました。電話での問い合わせに丁寧に対応してくださいました。食事のないプランでかみのやま温泉には居酒屋など飲食店が少なく当日の飛び込みでは入れないことを予め教えてもらったので到着までに食事を済ませて行くことにしました。駐車場の誘導も親切丁寧。予約した部屋はエレベーターがなく階段で3階まで上がらないといけませんと事前に教えてくれました。 この季節、山形でさくらんぼを買いに行こうと考えている方はさくらんぼの農園に近いです. 私は気にならなかったですがこのお部屋は人によっては3階まで階段はしんどいかも。お風呂など施設のリノベーションが少し雑で素人っぽいと感じてしまいました。
“Enjoyable and relaxing stay on an Onsen town”
The whole onsen resort felt modern and clean while still looking traditional; the room was large, comfy, and had a business‑hotel vibe, yet there was no shower and bathing had to happen at the onsen pool areas. Three pools were available, with two rotating daily by gender, and they were relaxing. Coffee was offered in the afternoon, and breakfast served in the dining hall was very enjoyable. However, there was no luggage storage at checkout, and the Kaminoyama area lacks many restaurants and shops at night.
