The location was good. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired, the breakfast offered very few options, and the coffee tasted awful.

Everything was very good: the location, the hotel quality, the service, and the facilities. Nothing was bad.

This boutique hotel sits in an excellent Mendoza neighborhood, the staff are very friendly, the room is large with comfortable beds, and it’s interesting that the TV entertainment apps are available to guests. The room’s noise isolation was very poor, so footsteps and outside noise were audible and made it unpleasant, but I was very tired both nights and slept without trouble.

The room is spacious, the bed is good, and the towels are of quality. The hot water runs out quickly, not enough for a single person’s bath in winter; for a second person using the shower, I’m not sure how long to wait because 15 minutes were not enough and my husband ended up taking a cold shower.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, in a great location near the football stadium, and very clean. The staff do not speak English, but they are very friendly and helpful; the room was a bit cold despite the heating.
