I genuinely don’t think I have stayed in a hotel where the staff have been so accommodating and kind as here. I had an extremely distressing journey to the hotel and couldn’t locate it when I arrived. I messaged the hotel to make them aware and within minutes they responded to me reassuring me not to worry and they would send a staff member to collect me. Was also assisted to ATM by bike due to the weather being bad and told not to worry having to find my way there alone in the rain. They also upgraded my room free of charge when I raided an issue out of their control and gave me a late check out on request also free of charge and a complimentary beer on Saturday evening! The rooms are cosy and comfortable, great bed and shower and pool available after 9pm which is bliss for a late night swim. All this provided for an insanely valuable price! This hotel is an absolute gem and I would 100% recommend to everyone! Thank you again to all the hotel team for making my stay with you so special. Nothing!

A spot right in the middle of town made it a breeze to get around, and the owners and staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything. The hotel sits in a quiet backstreet, far from the main road, so evenings were peaceful. The pool was amazing—always spotless and perfect. They offered cheap beer, kept the fridge stocked, helped with washing, arranged transport, and made us feel at home. Thanks for a great stay; I’ll come back someday.

After a flight at 11 h and a 3‑hour drive with our kids, we arrived at the hotel only to find it fully booked. The hotel manager claimed the staff had confirmed my request, even though it was already overbooked, and he couldn’t explain why we weren’t told weeks earlier. We could have taken another (6‑bedroom) room, but the bathroom was only reachable by stairs and was outdoors, which was impractical with the children, and the whole situation was unacceptable. Given what we experienced, I wouldn’t recommend this place to families.
