“Good value for money”
The spot is close to food stores and a convenience shop below. The mirror and TV were large, it was clean and roomy, the bed was comfy, and the staff were super hospitable. I loved the breakfast coupons! The bathroom water had a smell and one lightbulb in the bathroom needs replacing.
“Bad deal never go back”
Very little. No restaurant as advertised, coupons only for so‑called fast food, the room was never cleaned. The towel was thin, too small to dry yourself, I had to ask for toilet paper, and the TV required app purchases. The air‑conditioning didn’t let me set the temperature, always too cold. Bad deal.
“Very disappointing, did not meet the guests' expectation.”
Breakfast is included in the package, but there was no prior notice that you could use appliances on request. On arrival there were no glasses, cups, or bottled water. The toilet was clogged, and the bedding needed replacing because it was totally worn out.
It was good, just on the ground floor. There are no sleepers, and there isn’t much complimentary stuff like free water a day.
