Great location with a beautiful garden. Very central. The apartment is big and comfortable with parking, the building is unique although very stylish.

After the booking we received an email with a phone number and instructions to contact the associated hotel Grenzfall for check‑in, which we did. A friendly staff member gave us directions to the guesthouse, a room card, a key for the rented parking spot, and a key for the iron gate to access the guesthouse grounds. I really liked the Superior room on the first floor; the beds were very comfortable and we had a nice balcony. Breakfast was served directly in the Lazarus guesthouse on the ground floor. We simply followed the signs to the breakfast room. A young, friendly lady preparing the breakfast deserves special mention.

The location in a park, three minutes from Nordbahnhof right by the Mauermuseum, is perfect, especially quiet. The newly furnished spacious rooms with balcony, seating bench, and bright bathroom are great! The staff at the breakfast buffet is very friendly and helpful. Thank you! The signs and the dark paths with weak lighting at night are a bit confusing. The atmosphere feels a little like a home, but it doesn't bother me.

Clean and quiet, spacious rooms, great breakfast, great location. Checking in was a bit of a hassle walking back and forth through the garden with our luggage. The garden path to the hotel could be better lit at night. There was no way to call reception from our room since we don’t have working phones and the room didn’t have a phone

New and modern. No tea or coffee available in room like tea bags and small portions of milk
