How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The accommodation is unique, with a slightly slanted floor, which is normal. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. The location is great—close enough to the station but not too close, and not too far from tourist and nightlife spots. It’s a shame there’s no terrace to enjoy the evening. For larger guests the shower is small, but I had no issues despite my size.

Highly recommend this place, where you can stay on a boat near Amsterdam city centre. The tiny boat with slanted planks has a very cozy vibe and friendly hosts. The place was clean, tidy, and had everything needed for a few days in Amsterdam. The boat was in a quiet area, and you could easily walk to various tourist attractions. We would come back.

The hosts were very friendly and eager to help, and the houseboat itself was great, located near the station and easy to reach everywhere, yet far enough to keep noise down. They provide a list of recommended places to visit and eat, including some excellent options, and they’re happy to give further advice. I highly recommend it for solo travellers as a solid base to explore the city, and it’s also a nice place to unwind (the bed is very comfortable).

The location was simply perfect for us: the apartment sits in Westerdok, Amsterdam – quiet, relaxed, and we always felt very safe. Yet we could walk to our favorite Jordaan neighborhood in about five minutes, where the bars and cafés were great. The apartment itself was truly special – stylish, high‑quality, and lovingly detailed. We loved the little touches from the moment we arrived. The kitchen isn’t really meant for cooking – that wasn’t an issue for us since we ate out most of the time. Hank is an excellent host: open, friendly, and very attentive to making guests comfortable. We’ll definitely return! There was nothing to complain about :)

It sits in a convenient part of Amsterdam, and what I especially appreciated was how quiet and peaceful it was in the evenings. Hank, the host, was a very lovely man who gave us many great recommendations. The boat overall is beautifully decorated and has a cozy atmosphere. There isn’t much to dislike about such a lovely place. If you want a lot of space, this might not be for you as it’s on the smaller side, but we personally loved the cozy vibe.
