The location is great, just a 10‑15 yuan taxi ride from Hassan II Mosque, very convenient. The room is large and comfortable, and you can request a quiet side room. Parking is available in front of the door; ask the front desk for a parking ticket (which is scarce). Breakfast offers a choice of Chinese (noodles, etc.) or Moroccan cuisine.

The hotel sits in a strategic spot right on the boulevard, which is a real plus. The location is very convenient and makes moving around easy. The front‑desk staff were very friendly, available, and welcoming, and I appreciated their attitude and availability throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the equipment and furnishings left a lot to be desired; the hotel clearly needs a good refresh. The toilets were stained, which is quite unpleasant in a hotel setting, and the shower was very old and would benefit from renovation. Luckily, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable, allowing for pleasant nights. I liked some aspects of my stay, especially the location, reception, and bed comfort, but I was still disappointed that the state of the equipment and lack of cleanliness diminished the overall experience. A renovation and better maintenance would make a real difference. The shower was a negative point.
