Food was excellent which includes Al-a-Carte as well as Breakfast . Location of the hotel is exceptional and all famous places and malls are easily accessible from this location . Lets summarize the improvement areas. 1. Hotel room is small as compared to the one showing in your website. 2. Ambience is not upto the mark . 3. No Sufficient toiletries were provided , only dental kit is provide . No Comb, No Shaving Kit is there . 4. Complimentary Water is also not provided on second day of stay . It should be noted that even the glass bottle provided in the room was also empty. We bought water from outside for our use . 5. Electric Kettle is provided but no tea bags/coffee sachets were there . 6. Lift / Elevator is very much old model . It is clearly visible that the electronics are upgraded but the whole lift cabin is still same old one , which is literally gives claustrophobic appearance
