“easily accessible to Cincinnati or Dayton”
It’s a new hotel and very nice, but breakfast isn’t included so we didn’t eat there; we had dinner at the restaurant the night before, which was really disappointing.

Location was okay. I make the trip to this area a couple times a year and I will stay there again. The hall was trashy, there were delivery people up in the building at all hours of night. My rooms never got served. 3 people for two nights and only had two wash cloths and 3 towels. The pool was dirty and trash around the pool, there were only 6 chairs in the pool area. The carpets in the rooms were stained, One of the rooms had blood stains on the fold out sofa . One of my grandchildren got a flea on her in the room. When we went to the front desk to ask for more towels the attendant just said he was busy and said he would see what he could do, some 30 minutes later he brought the towels. Very unpleasant experience

I stayed here because it’s close to Ikea and the freeway, which was convenient. The only downside was a few noises.

My room arrived with dirty towels in the bathroom, which was disappointing.

The hotel was close to the sports complex in Hamilton. The hotel room was clean and there was plenty of parking. The male working the front desk the night we were there was not friendly or helpful (older white male). We ended up needing to stay one more than originally planned, so at check in I asked him if there were any room available and he said he did not know. I asked if he would look to see and he would not. I needed to wash clothes because we were staying an extra night (only 1 washer and 1 dryer for entire hotel). I went to the front desk to get change for the machines and the employee said I was unable to get change. I asked him how I get change for the washer and dryer for the hotel and he stated I would have to go somewhere like the gas station
