Nothing. The location is very far from the Bhanganga checkpoint and RFID card centre. The rooms are very small, even the triple bedroom. In the picture it looks big but it’s actually very small. Cockroaches were roaming on the bed; the bed sheet was very dirty.

This place is perfect for families, with a safe environment and a main‑imp location just a walk from the railway station in the market place. The rooms are good for the price, and overall value is great – an easy place to stay.

The location was on the roadside, but the bathroom was dirty, the promised facilities were missing, there was no bedside charging socket, and insects were in the room and on the bed.

I stayed for 1.5 days after a Vaishno Devi trek and the staff were friendly, safe and secure; room service arrived on time and the meals tasted very homely. The hotel is within walking distance of the railway station, offers cab services with helpful drivers who explain routes and locations, and when my plans changed I only paid for the extra half‑day instead of a full day, which was very satisfying.
