It was obvious that the hotel was understaffed for the number of guests last weekend, yet the few staff present were extremely courteous and helpful. Our room felt dreary with bare walls and limited lighting, likely because we were assigned a handicap room; however, people with disabilities also value good lighting and decor, so a little sprucing up might help.

A great place to stay: clean, neat, and quiet. The proximity to the highway is a location advantage, and the place is well maintained.

The location for why I was there was superb. The hotel and the room appeared clean, the room didn't reek of cigarettes. Although we didn't use the bistro or get breakfast but we were grateful that it was an option. What we were really super happy about is the little market by the check in desk. We were also grateful that an ice machine and microwave was available on the same floor. So I'd say we were pretty much satisfied and would stay again. The only reason I couldn't give an excellent or a 10 out of 10, our bed was flipped the wrong way so the TV technically was to our side so we had to lie in bed with our head turned to the left the whole time if we wanted to watch TV. The TV is usually on the wall facing the foot of the bed. So it was quite inconvenient to watch TV
