I liked the proper setup, but there was a good problem that made the experience less smooth.

“Please do not go this place, they are worst for cusomter.”

The hotel refused to let me stay, claiming no booking existed, and the owner did nothing to help; I had traveled from Melbourne only to be told I couldn’t stay, then ended up paying four times for one night. Customer support was terrible, and I’m considering leaving this site for another booking method.

“never book OYO hotel, they have taken money online and when i reach hotel there was no booking.”

Nothing good, and the staff’s behavior was absolutely terrible.

Nothing big 0 to this property.Dont come. Very bad don't come here they are cancelled my booking and asking for three three times money.manager and staffs are very nonsence.we reached there at night 11.00 and confirm them before the timing but they couldn't not process the booking and asking for three times money.its basically OYO property

“Never got rooms, just waited and left. Because we weren’t ready to pay extra.”

Nothing positive; we had a confirmed booking, yet they canceled it in front of me, claiming no rooms were available. They actually had a room for us but charged an extra group and gave it to them, and the staff was proud about it. The attitude was awful.
