The employee seems unhappy working there or serving customers.

The gym and pool were decent, giving the place a holiday vibe, but the corridors had no air‑conditioning and I had to switch the room unit on myself; when I first arrived, I had to wait for the AC to kick in before I could escape the outside heat.

The room was beautiful, spacious, quiet, and the food was good, though the table lacked a lamp.
