I loved everything, especially the friendliness of Ms. Margarida. Nothing to point out.

The location was fine, but everything else was awful! The room doors wouldn’t open, and there was noise from pool guests until about one in the morning. The mattress was indescribably bad, utterly unacceptable at all levels, and not even fit for trash—just incinerated. The blanket, sheets, and bath towels were the same. It was a complete disaster with no minimum quality. The Wi‑Fi was totally absent, preventing TV use. Overall, terrible service for Portuguese tourists. This place should be shut down and deeply re‑renovated before reopening. The owner’s or staff’s behavior was arrogant and rude. If the lock doesn’t work, fix it before renting out the room! Don’t mistreat guests who can’t handle a faulty lock. The parking was a nightmare; everyone parked however they wanted, with no control, and the pavement was in terrible condition. I didn’t even take photos because the misery was too much. I don’t want to remember such experiences. It’s a story for the future. Keep renting to groups like the ones yesterday, and you’ll maintain a perfect rating! Great for chaos, great for noise, great for accumulated litter behind rooms.

The rooms were spotless and the staff were friendly, but the parking left me disappointed.

The cleanliness of both the rooms and the pool was good, yet the entrance to the accommodation was in terrible condition: a ramp riddled with holes and stones that let people and cars in. It should have been better maintained as it is the main entrance. The café and dining areas looked neglected and lacked flair, despite the host’s friendliness.

The location and the pool were great, but the cost of breakfast was a drawback.
