The staff were the best I've ever encountered—every request was handled swiftly and fulfilled—but it was sweltering, like stepping into a sauna, even though the AC was on; the temperature only stabilized after 5–6 hours.

The large, bright room was clean and almost brand new, with a great view from the window, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and a convenient enclosed parking lot.

The staff were very helpful.

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff polite, and I was pleasantly surprised that they offered bowls and blankets for our dog—a rarity that made it a perfect 10/10; we’re very satisfied and will definitely return if needed. The walls were thin, but that’s just how it is.
