The proximity to St Gervais city centre is good, but when we arrived we were presented with a bill that included breakfasts we hadn't requested; there was no option to have dinner that evening, no salty items (ham, cheese, etc.) at breakfast, the apple juice was gone, the jam had mold, and there was no channel.

The bedding was too soft, the breakfast ordinary, and the décor looked like the 1950s—overall, the sleeping and décor were disappointing.
