wanted to visit the property, but the owner informed us that there is a lot of power cut in the area(and they were not having any power backup), due to which we had to search for another property in 11th hour, and when we visited there was no power cut in the area. It seemed that the owner was getting better rent from other clients, hence he wanted us to cancel the booking by our own, as there were lot of calls from the owner to pay some amount before the "cancellation allowed" period ends. should look into such type of practices
