The location was convenient and easy to reach the metro, just two stops away from the bus. A taxi to the airport nearby was also affordable.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but the bedroom was too hot. We switched rooms, yet the temperature didn’t improve much, and there wasn’t enough space to move the bed. An evening buffet would have been preferable; the only options were formal or bar meals.

Breakfast was good, but the rooms had issues: there was no instruction on how to turn on the lights because the main switch didn’t light the room; there were no bottled water in the room; the pillows were very uncomfortable. These shortcomings are unacceptable for a 4‑star hotel charging over €200 per night.
