The place is close to the beach, but it was dirty, moldy, rusty, and unsafe; the housekeeping staff knocked on the door to see if I was inside and then entered to steal my belongings, the maintenance team arrived and didn’t fix anything even after telling the manager to fix the mold, the property manager didn’t answer the phone, and only the outsourced staff—who didn’t want to help and lied about the manager’s schedule—were available; Silvia, the property manager, promised me compensation for the problems during my stay but never answered after that and lied to me.
