The location is great—walking to the Sea Life Aquarium takes less than five minutes, and there’s a mall nearby so meals are no problem. I parked my car and took a bus to Namba, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. I expected a convenience store inside the hotel, but there were only drinks and no light snacks; if it’s called a convenience store, it should have one. The parking signs were unclear. I thought the 24‑hour rate was 1200 yen, but it’s actually 1200 yen until midnight—something I hadn’t seen before in other places, so I didn’t notice.

The location is excellent. The building feels a bit old and basic, the front‑desk staff are very inexperienced, making foreign‑language communication hard, and the food is quite ordinary.
