How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Check‑in is not in person. The shared kitchen was not mentioned in the review, the bathroom was dirty, there was little toilet paper, and there was no Wi‑Fi even after requesting it three times. The host was not very accessible.

The room and bathroom were clean and the kitchen was fully equipped, but the apartment sits on the second floor with no elevator. The owner promised to be there to greet us and help with our luggage because we had asked for an extra person (and would have paid for it), yet at the last minute, when cancellation was no longer possible, she said she couldn't assist.

The host was friendly and helpful, and everything was just fine.

The room and bathroom were both very spacious, and the kitchen had all the necessary cooking tools and cleaning supplies. We recommend staying in the apartment on Corso Camillo Finocchiaro Aprile because the side street is not very pleasant at night, but that street has the bus stop to the station and the area is quiet.
