No fuss, surprisingly quiet nights, slept well on a comfortable mattress. The steps to the capsule should be replaced with cushioned ones because most people drop their shoes outside.

The location is new and fun. The bed feels a bit hard.

The spot is really great, right next to Gran Via and surrounded by cool shops, bars, and restaurants in the trendy parts of the city. The pods, however, are noisy and cramped, especially for someone 1.93 m tall, even though I booked the deluxe version. The facilities are decent but worn out and need maintenance.

The space is quite private, bright, and larger than the previous hostel, though the soundproofing isn’t great. The bathroom seems small, but when I showered no one else was there, and I’m not sure why.

The location and 24‑hour front desk are great, and the towels are high quality. Use eye masks because the cabin has some lights that can be uncomfortable.
