The location was fine and I had room 120. I was blamed for a cracked window that was already broken when we arrived, plus other issues that seemed to be overlooked by staff. I’ve attached photos as proof. I had conflicts with a couple of staff members because a previous guest had stayed in the room. I’m now speaking to higher‑level management about the situation. They treated me and my daughter as if we were invisible. After five days we were told to leave for no clear reason. The staff were extremely rude and didn’t seem to take their jobs seriously. The housekeeping team was nice, but the overall staff needs a complete overhaul.
