“Muy mejorable”
The location is great, close to the city center, the terrace was nice and ours had a beach view. The air‑conditioning works well. There’s a pool and you can leave bags there. The bathroom is super tiny and uncomfortable, lighting is awful in both the bathroom and the rest of the room, the sockets were loose on the wall, there’s no elevator or hair dryer. The wardrobe layout is bad; you can’t fully open the drawers because they hit the nightstand. Room‑service is disorganized, they knock on the door to deliver, in our case they called at 15:00 and should have offered a “do not disturb” sign. If you want to relax, it’s impossible because there’s constant noise on the ground floor. In short, it’s very outdated for the price.
“Hotel or Hostel?”
The staff are friendly. There’s no parking at all, no elevator, the food is terrible, they add extra charges for ketchup or mayonnaise, the room feels like a dungeon, no outlets so everyone uses extension cords, people are obnoxiously loud all night from 3:00 to 6:00 and management does nothing. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel and for the price it’s not worth it.
The spot is good, close to Paroikia town and walkable, but if you drive it's a bad pick because there's no parking; you can rent one from a private company about 50 m away for a fee. The rooms were in an extremely poor state, with a single‑bed room costing 120 €/night without breakfast, shabby furniture, rusty metal, door knobs, swollen wood, and cracked tiles in the bathroom (missing a piece). The toilet in the bedroom was wet and dirty, the wardrobe and bathroom tiles were grimy. The place needs an immediate overhaul, especially at those rates! There was no hair dryer, no toothbrush holder, and no glass in the room.
“Pessimo. Da dimenticare”
Little or nothing good. Dirty, sloppy and neglected. No service. The pool is old, small and especially dirty.
