“Non existent! Rude”

It looked nice at first glance. The manager wouldn’t let me keep the reservation for the two nights I had booked because I wanted to pay with a mix of cash and credit card. I was turned away, even though I’d driven eight hours expecting a confirmed stay. She was also very rude about it. It was a Friday night, and I won’t stay there again; I’ll warn others about my experience.

“I would stay there again based on location, amenities, and nice rooms for an excellent price!”

We were in Casper to visit Casper College, and the proximity to downtown and the college was great. The room was nice, and I appreciated that there was a restaurant inside the hotel. The remodel looked good, and the lobby was inviting. The only downside was that the beds were really soft and squishy.

“Wonderful experience. The staff was great. The restaurant was good food, selection, and value.”

It’s close to downtown, a great park, and a walking path along the river, though the pillows were too soft for my liking, which is a personal preference and not a bad thing.
