“Never again”

It used to be a nice place, but I’ll never stay there again. Our room was infested with roaches, crawling over our overpriced lobby snacks, coming out from behind the TV and the top dresser. We didn’t complain because it felt pointless, but if one room has roaches, the whole place does. Hair that wasn’t ours was everywhere. We also received calls saying we broke a mirror that was already loose when we closed the door. I’m a local who was staying while fixing something at my house, and I had always recommended the Holiday Inn to travelers at the hospital and families visiting town—now I won’t.

“Sorry as hell, terrible hotel.”

Not a damn thing. This place is sorry as hell. The hotel looked like shit on the inside. The price we paid for this hotel was way overpriced due to the quality of the hotel. The inside of this hotel looked like a hotel 6. The bathroom door scrubbing hard against the floor, the room was extremely hot when we arrived and the staff said that the hotel does not have any fans. That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard, why would a hotel not have fans. In addition to that, the staff would not stop messaging me asking for a survey, then when I told them how terrible the visit was, they all of a sudden didn’t want to respond

The stay was great, but I asked for a first‑floor room because of limited mobility and didn’t receive one.
