“Mediocre stay and I wish there are updated outlet and good wifi connection.”

I appreciate how the customer support is accommodating and the quick response time makes you feel backed; the communication is very open and I value that. The wifi isn’t as fast as I expected, often cutting out at unpredictable times and disrupting gadgets; the outlets for appliances feel outdated, and the excuse “it didn’t happen to previous guests” doesn’t change my current experience.

We had a great stay at this unit, which had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The owner was super accommodating and replied promptly to our messages. The unit was perfect for cooking light meals, and they even had some snacks for sale. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful residence with a pool and restaurant just a short walk away from the mall. The location was perfect for us, and we appreciated the convenience of having everything we needed right on site.

The apartment was spotless and well-organized, just like the photos promised. However, the address listed was completely wrong, which caused a lot of confusion - we ended up at the wrong place first, and it turned out the apartment is actually 30-40 minutes away from the airport by car.

“We left and stayed elsewhere after the first night!”

I was really looking forward to my stay at this resort, but unfortunately, the condo I booked was a total disaster. The fridge didn't work, there was no hot water, and to top it off, the owner wanted cash payment to use any of the facilities. The place was filthy, with mould and what looked like dried blood everywhere. It was like they were trying to make the place uninhabitable.
