The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a redeeming feature of our stay. Unfortunately, that was about it. The cold shower was a major letdown, and it made our stay a lot less enjoyable than it could have been.

The rooms were actually pretty comfortable and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. But when I tried to write a review, I realized that I had nothing negative to say - everything was good. I guess that's not exactly the most glowing endorsement, but it's the truth.

I was really looking forward to a great breakfast, but unfortunately, they didn't have eggs, and the take-away breakfast I ordered was a letdown. The food just didn't live up to the price I paid. To make matters worse, when I got back to my room, I found it flooded because the cleaner had left the window open. The aircon was leaking, and there were bugs everywhere - it was like a scene from a horror movie. And to top it all off, there was no plug next to the microwave and no bar fridge.

I'm not sure what to say about this place. It was just.fine. Nothing really stood out, and nothing really went wrong. I guess that's a good thing, but it's not exactly what you want from a stay, is it?

The location is great, it's right next to the Plaza, but that's about where the positives end. The toilets and showers are ancient, and the first room I was given had no bathroom door, which meant we were treated to a lovely sewer smell all night. Luckily, they sorted it out the next day, but it was a bit of a wake-up call. And then there were the bugs - they were everywhere, and not just in the rooms, but even sneaking in under the door.
