It felt like a home away from home while I worked in the Vaal area—a peaceful spot where I could rest and work with everything I needed. I appreciated the oil heater on a cold day, the coffee, rusks, shower gel, and the daily clean rooms over the two weeks I stayed.

The people are wonderful and welcoming. The place feels homey, clean, and comfy, and they go out of their way to make guests feel at ease. The road to the property is a bit rough, but that’s not their fault.
The property feels safe, spotless, and the host is friendly and helpful, while still being close to many amenities yet secluded; the gravel drive to the site and the transition onto the highway, however, is unpleasant.
