I was booked at a hotel I’d stayed at for years, but they claimed it was under maintenance and switched me to this place after they had already charged me in advance, so I feel totally deceived. The room was awful, lacking a wardrobe, with only a single table and a broken toilet lid. The advertised good breakfast turned out to be just a coffee plus a picnic bag of pastries, fruit, juice, and water, served in a venue where the restrooms were out of service.

I stayed here two years ago and was pleasantly surprised by the recent renovations, especially in the rooms which feel cozier now and the beds are incredibly comfortable; the breakfast was quite decent, and the location is fantastic, just a short walk from Plaza de Medina. I hope they keep up the improvements.

No breakfast was provided; instead we received a bag with a juice and a roll, so we had to eat elsewhere. There was no hot water for showers and everything was broken. We complained but got no response. At 12 am we were told we could be moved, but after a day of work we were still sleeping… the service is minimal in a place that should offer hot water; it doesn’t even qualify as a standard.
