Had a blast with the lemurs at the spot, but the food was way too pricey; some dishes should have cost half what they charged.

The hotel's location is great, but it's a shame about the noise from the mosquitoes that seem to be everywhere. The staff, on the other hand, are super friendly and helpful. We ordered a great breakfast, and I was also impressed by the free excursion to see lemurs and turtles. However, the humidity in the room was really high, and it's a bit of a trek to the beach. To make matters worse, the bill on the room's receipt was twice what we paid for through the booking site.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around how this place was even bookable. The whole thing was still a construction site, and when I showed up, it was clear they weren't even close to being open yet. I mean, I've seen some renovation projects, but this was on a whole different level. The staff seemed genuinely apologetic, but it was hard to muster up any sympathy when it was so obvious they'd been caught off guard.

We had a great time at this hotel, thanks to the friendly staff and the lemurs that roamed around the property. However, we did experience some power blackouts and it took us about 20 minutes to get to Morondava by tuktuk.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel, with some redeeming qualities that were unfortunately overshadowed by a multitude of issues. The staff were friendly and polite, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's beautiful location, complete with lemurs visiting, was a highlight of our trip. However, the hotel itself looked nothing like the pictures, and the cleanliness was a major letdown - our room was dusty, there was no housekeeping, and the toiletries were minimal.
