“Esperienza in una casa di altri tempi. Molto caratteristico.”
The place was extremely characteristic, furnished in an antique style under a traditional roof. The rooms were adequate, comfortable, and clean, and the house was in a very quiet area (the street was completely silent during our stay). The host was extremely friendly and even hosted us for an aperitif in the garden when we arrived. Breakfast was served with a variety of sweet and savory items in his living room, all prepared by him, and everything was very good. I can’t really point out negatives, but if I must, the house isn’t close to the centre (we had to drive to dinner) and the stairs to the attic are a bit narrow, which isn’t a problem if you have small backpacks or luggage. As an aesthetic suggestion, even though you’re really sleeping in a historic house, I’d recommend painting all the walls white to add more brightness and freshness.
