“Dated hotel that is conveniently located”

The location is very convenient and most rooms are far from the busy road, so it’s very quiet. The lobby and restaurant/bar were under renovation, so they were in a construction zone. If you book a standard king room with balcony, you’ll most likely see the parking lot from your view.

“Value for the money was 6”

The hotel was under construction during our stay, which I wasn’t told before booking. The rooms were outdated and needed some repair, and the worn furnishings were obvious. The outdoor area was dark at night with little lighting, making me feel unsafe. The room itself was average but outdated and in need of upkeep, and the corridors were dark.

“Great value on a pich but avoid it for a few months while they renovate.”

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, but the resort is still under renovation, so don’t expect a full resort experience. Loud machinery noise during the day and constant dust are unavoidable, although the facilities should meet standards once the work finishes in the coming months.

“Great hotel ! loved it, but terrible experience getting invoice from Booking.com and the Hotel”

The room was great—modern, comfortable, and very nice, so I’d definitely stay there again and would book directly next time because I couldn’t get my invoice immediately after staying. Getting the invoice was a terrible experience, with the hotel giving me a runaround and a lack of proper human customer service; getting an invoice is crucial for work travel expenses, and this has happened before, making the overall experience frustrating. I’d advise booking directly with the hotel next time.

The location is good, but the property is currently under construction, which should have been known beforehand. The room was very dated, which explains the construction, and it seems they will be updating the rooms.
