The property looks stunning; staying midweek kept it quiet, and the decor inside and out of the rooms is lovely. The restaurant offered attentive service and is gorgeous, and the staff were super friendly. I booked a balcony room, but the tub outside looked dirty so I didn’t use it; plus the balcony wasn’t very private—the curtains couldn’t cover the plants. It’s cute, I didn’t use it, but it was nice just to sit.

“Stylish hotel with comfortable rooms, but some issues with communication and advertised services”

The hotel’s design is really cool and the vibe is great, especially the rooftop terrace that I loved. The room turned out to be surprisingly roomy and the bed was super comfy, making the stay relaxing, and the Wi‑Fi worked fine. On the downside, check‑in was confusing because I was asked to pay an extra tax even though I’d already paid everything through the app; the receptionist said there was another tax, but after talking to customer service it turned out there shouldn’t have been any extra charge and the money was refunded, which left a bad first impression. Also, the 10 % discount on all on‑site purchases that was mentioned in my reservation never applied, so guests should be sure promotions are honored. The listing promised a rooftop bar with a DJ, but during my stay the rooftop was completely inactive, with no drinks or events, probably because it was off‑season; the hotel should clarify seasonal availability in the description. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and consistency, as the hotel itself is really beautiful.

“Séjour décevant”

The only positive aspect of our stay was the hotel's decoration and the friendly staff. However, we were not prepared for the loud music events on the rooftop, which started at 4 pm and went on until 11 pm. The music was so loud that it shook the walls of our room, and we could hear the noise of other guests walking around at all hours of the night. We asked to change rooms, but there were no available rooms.

“Beautiful design and vibrant atmosphere, but not ideal if you’re looking for quiet and rest”

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, my stay was disrupted by the constant noise from the rooftop bar. The music played from morning until late at night, making it impossible for me to rest in my room during the day. While the hotel's interior was beautifully designed, with attention to detail and a lovely bathtub, the noise level was overwhelming.
