I got a solid deal for the price, especially with how high the market’s gone. The shower had great pressure, and they start serving breakfast at 5a, which was handy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I could get to my room easily from a side entrance. The ice machine was in a convenient spot and worked well. The breakfast was mostly microwave omelets and biscuits, which tasted fine, but there was no Golf Channel and no hot tub. The mattress felt a bit soft for my taste.

This place was flawless—clean everywhere, staff were courteous and helpful whenever we needed them, and we’re definitely coming back.

The location is excellent and the nights are quiet, but the owners need to fix the outside pool so it can be enjoyed in the late‑afternoon sun.

The spot was great for the city sites I was visiting, but it would have been better if the pool had opened when the temperatures were in the high 80s and 90s during my stay in Duncan.
